Hair Motif is seeking an experienced hairstylist to join our salon on the busy W. Main St. thoroughfare in the heart of the Fan district.

We meet new clients weekly and can help you continue to develop your book of business and skill sets. 

We work with the brand Goldwell for traditional hair color, keratin treatments and haircare products. Danger Jones for fantasy/fashion hair color and Arrojo’s American Wave retexturizer and provide easy access to ongoing education at the Goldwell Academy in NYC & Toronto, as well as class opportunities with Arrojo and Danger Jones

We also encourage and support participation in hair competitions!

We believe in clear communication, ongoing education, and keeping it simple.

We keep all conversations private and confidential.

Applicants should have

• A cosmetology license
• Be organized, reliable, committed
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Able to work in a team environment
• Passionate about hairstyling
• Have a clientele

• We offer above-market commissions
• Flexible schedules
• We do not charge back bar fees or credit card transaction fees
• P.T.O.
• Bi-annual performance-based bonuses
