Are face coverings required?
At this time, Hair Motif does not have a mandate for mask-wearing. This is in step with the new CDC guidelines.
I have a household member that is currently ill with COVID. Do I maintain my appointment or reschedule?
We will keep the appointment if you are not sick and have maintained minimum contact with your ill household member.
Do you take Apple pay or Google pay?
Yes, we also have a contactless checkout system where you complete the transaction on your cell phone through a text link that takes you through a checkout portal.
I woke up feeling under the weather but don't have COVID. Should I cancel?
If you are feeling under the weather, stay home and take care of yourself. We will gladly get you rescheduled for another day. If you are canceling under 24 hours prior to your appointment, please call us so we can make the best rearrangements.
